What you’ll do:
- Build Relationships: Act as the "Advisor of Choice" for local businesses, converting leads into long-term partners.
- Master the Project: Source materials, coordinate with our talented in-house production team, and manage external vendors to ensure flawless delivery.
- Get Hands-On: Step out of the office for site surveys and assist with production when the team needs an extra hand.
Who you are:
- Sign-Savvy: You have 3+ years of commercial sign experience (sales, production, or installation).
- Problem-Solver: You thrive when unexpected snags crop up and love finding creative solutions for your customers.
- Relentless & Resilient: You have a growth mindset, a great attitude, and aren't afraid to ask for the sale.
